This film tries to capture the essence of rain.It distinguishes four faces: rain as a nuisance, as a seducer, as a killer and a deity. Through an exploration of these four characteristics, filmed at visually very different locations around the world (UK, US, India and South Africa), the documentary offers a kaleidoscopic viewof a natural phenomenon that transcends us, that we so often take for granted, but is increasingly more problematic because it is at the heart of the climate crisis we all currently face.
